Examine Patterns and Beliefs
Our initial step will take a close look at your habits and mindset to understand their impact on your energy. When you think "I'm always tired, and it's just the way it is" - this type of inner monologue keeps you stuck and exhausted. Once we know where you are now, we can establish a jumping point for creating the energy and momentum that you want, so you feel great each day instead of drained.
Vision Your Ideal Future
We've spent time looking at your current situation and reflecting on what is meaningful to you. In this step we will develop a vision for what your ideal future looks like. By having a clear idea of what you want, we can craft the action steps to get you there. No more crashing on the couch, but spending your time in meaningful and fulfilling ways.
Redefine Self Care
In this step we identify what you really want and need in your life. So that list of "when I have time" goals that's been growing untouched becomes your "this is what I'm doing" list. We will pinpoint what brings you energy and joy and what doesn't, so as we move forward you can make the choices that support you and your energy.
Turn Your Vision Into Reality
